Staff uniforms & collections

Staff uniforms and collections in South Africa

Built for the job. Designed for your people.

An office team of five in matching violet polos and stone chinos, grinning in front of the windows.

You get a collection your people put on without a sigh: pieces that suit the job they do, the hours they work and the brand they represent. Front of house, back of house, on the road or on the floor, each role gets what it needs and the whole team still looks like one.

We design for the daily wear, not the launch photo, so fit, fabric and finish are chosen to last the year. Dressing a crew for a single campaign instead? That's promotional apparel. Need a welcome piece for new starters? Look at corporate & executive gifting.

Brief us

What a collection can include.

A wardrobe for the team, planned as one.

Everyday tees and tops

The pieces worn most, so they get the most attention. Fit and fabric chosen for long shifts.

Hoodies, jackets and layers

For early starts, cold floors and staff who work outside. Branded so they still read as yours from a distance.

Caps and headwear

Caps, bucket hats and beanies that finish the look and work hard in sun and weather.

Tracksuits and sets

Matching sets for teams that move: drivers, crews, floor staff and anyone on their feet all day.

Role-by-role planning

One collection, several roles. We map what each person needs so nobody gets a piece they won't wear.

How it works

How a uniform job runs.

Five steps, one team outfitted. No surprises.

  1. You brief us

Tell us about the team: roles, headcount, where they work and when the collection needs to be on them.

  2. We listen

We ask about the daily reality of the job, the brand rules, washing and wear, and how the team feels about what they wear now.

  3. We design and sample

Concepts for the collection, then physical samples across the size run so the people wearing it can try it on and tell us the truth.

  4. We make

Production with quality checks on garment, branding and finish, because this gets washed a lot.

  5. We deliver

Packed and labelled by role and size, delivered to the office, the branches or wherever the team is.

What to put in your brief.

Don't have it all yet? Send what you have and we'll ask the rest.

  • Headcount and roles

How many people, in which roles, and what each role does on a normal day.

  • Sizes

Per-person sizes if you have them, or the range you expect across the team.

  • Deadline

When the team needs to be in the new collection, and whether that's a single date or a rollout.

  • Artwork and brand rules

Logos in vector format and any guidelines on colour and placement.

  • Delivery location

One office, several branches or individual staff. It changes how we pack.

What moves the price.

We quote per brief rather than publish a list. These are the levers.

Quantity
Headcount and pieces per person. A collection is usually planned as sets rather than single items.
Decoration method
How the branding is applied and how many positions each piece carries.
Fabric
Daily wear needs fabric that survives the wash. Better fabric costs more and lasts longer.
Packaging
Bulk by size, or packed per person with their name and role.
Timing
Sampling across a full size run takes longer than a one-off. Brief early for a rollout.

Questions we get asked.

Not answered here? Tell us what you're planning and we'll talk it through.

Brief us
Can different roles get different pieces in the same collection?

Yes. That's how we plan it. The collection shares one look, and each role gets the garments that suit the work it does.

Can our staff try samples before we commit?

We'd insist on it. Samples across the size run go to the people who will wear them, and their feedback shapes the final collection.

What happens when we hire new people later?

Tell us how your team tends to grow and we'll plan the collection with that in mind. Talk to us about top-ups when you brief the first run.

A team to outfit and a brand to carry?

Give us a challenge.
